Chairing the Finance and Resources Select Committee

Last week I chaired the Finance and Resources Select Committee for the first time. This is a great privilege and responsibility as we scrutinise important decisions from our Buckinghamshire Council leaders, including the £577 million annual budget on behalf of over 570,000 residents. Alongside engaging with our Council Leader and Cabinet Member for Resources, I was pleased that my colleague Dev Dhillon will join me as Vice Chairman.
