Performance Monitoring Q2 2025 to 2026 (part 2 of 3)

The performance report shows several indicators exceeding targets, which I think should be congratulated. However, for me, this raises a few questions, really, because I think our residents will expect us not just to hit targets, but to set ourselves to do better and better. A number of questions, really. I mean, who sets these targets? What scrutiny does your department or we have in relation to these targets? And key thing is, really, are they sufficiently ambitious? Because I can see that they are consistently exceeded over the last few years. If that's the case, why do not revise upwards? Thank you. Thank you. Thanks for the question.
