Report, which is the performance reports. Now, I think the department should be congratulated for hitting or exceeding targets, but it raises a few questions for me. I think the residents will want us to not just do okay, but to do our very best. So my question is, my questions are, sorry, how are the targets set, for example? Because it seems to me that we have consistently exceeded these targets. Why are they not revised? Sorry, Kaz, we are going to go on to that in the next item. Sorry.

...retonising some of the performances. Sorry, you've got what? I've got a live planning application in, personally. Right. I just thought I'd put it on record. Careful, Campbell, you might find yourself in the medium. Oh. That's right.

The performance report shows several indicators exceeding targets, which I think should be congratulated. However, for me, this raises a few questions, really, because I think our residents will expect us not just to hit targets, but to set ourselves to do better and better. A number of questions, really. I mean, who sets these targets? What scrutiny does your department or we have in relation to these targets? And key thing is, really, are they sufficiently ambitious? Because I can see that they are consistently exceeded over the last few years. If that's the case, why do not revise upwards? Thank you. Thank you. Thanks for the question. And, yeah, it was one of the first questions I asked when I got this.
Performance Monitoring Q2 2025 to 2026 (part 3 of 3) 2:36:02, 0:24
I asked about whether they are sufficiently ambitious enough because if I look at the number of visits to cultural venues, country parks and leisure centres and pools, we are exceeding them just about. But should we not do better and try to do and try to get more people visiting these sites and to utilise our facilities? Thank you. Yes, absolutely. And we'll take that on board and revise.
