Tell me what is happening in your street. I read every message.
Potholes, street lights and other road faults are fixed fastest when you report them to the council directly: report a pothole or another road problem. Tell me here too, especially if it has been reported before and not fixed, and I will chase it.
You can report these straight to the council: a missed bin, fly-tipping or litter. If it keeps happening, tell me where and I will take it up.
To have your say on an application, comment on it on the council's website, or report a planning breach. Tell me which site too. I cannot pre-judge an application that comes to a committee I sit on, but I will make sure your concerns are heard and the process is followed.
For your own council tax account, the council tax team can help fastest. For anything about how the council spends money or runs services, tell me here.
Your message comes to me as your councillor and is handled under the privacy policy. Please leave out health or other sensitive details; I’ll ask if I need them.
Sent. Thank you.
I read every message myself and reply by email, usually within a few working days. If your issue needs the council to act, I’ll raise it with the right officers and let you know what they say.
