I am deeply saddened to learn that the young woman injured in the M40 collision on 21 February has passed away. My sincere condolences go to her family, friends, and all those affected by this tragedy.
This makes the case for action on M40 safety all the more urgent. As I said, south Buckinghamshire continues to grow, and our road infrastructure must keep pace.
