This week we had the Buckinghamshire Full Council, where I attended and spoke about my deep concern over the Labour Government’s plans to change the central government funding formula for local councils like ours, which will harm Beaconsfield residents, risking the loss of funding for our area, while in the same time compelling Councils to have to raise more taxes for less services. This is unacceptable and I am urging all Councillors to resist and send a clear message to Labour Ministers to think again. I will always do everything I can to stand up to our local residents.
